So the Dream Doctor was my favorite City of Heroes signature character before he was even a signature character, and I'd written him into the Hour Thief's history as a major inspiration and sometimes mentor... when they finally introduced him and he even looked like his costume might have influenced Edmund's, it was just amazing. Favorite part of his design is the Rularuu hands that I didn't even notice right away.


Rights to City of Heroes continue to be held prisoner by NCSoft.

Very exciting composition and all-around excellent drawing! The only thing I'm not too fond of is the partial white border around the backdrop. With some of the blue lines bounding the rays of light continuing on in that part of the drawing, it almost looks like it wasn't intentional.

He's the founder of the Midnight Squad and had his first mentions on the Circle of Thorns info page on the official site, where it details how he forced them back underground when they were kidnapping and sacrificing children from King's Row, but until the revamp of Dark Astoria earlier this year he remained relatively obscure, only being mentioned in various bits of lore (and writing those letters found in the Ouroboros missions).
