Tyger, Winter-Bright

~HairlessRN's character that is being recycled into the Interminables project, in hybrid shape and an ill-fitting lab coat. William is a forensic scientist who called himself the Iced Tyger after he was altered; in the new story he's unable to shift back to his more human shape.


The strange shoulder proportions are intentional; cats lack collarbones, so they're hunched forward a lot.
